Have Chest Pain, Dizziness And Palpitation

My partner has major heart palpitations dizziness blurred vision chest pain.had chest xray and blood test other day and came back clear.but now has beta blockers and today suffered palpitations chest pain dizziness and pain in left arm what does this mean

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your partner's situation and problem.
Beta blocker is known to cause dizziness.
But we need to rule out cardiac cause first. As palpitations, left sided chest pain and arm pain are seen mostly in heart disease.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Stress test.
If all are normal, then no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
Your partner might be having anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and start appropriate treatment.
