What Causes Heart Burn,neck Pain,dizziness And Nausea?

Hi I ve been struggling the last few months with increased fatigue, muscle pains, especially neck back and ribs, dizziness, tinnitus, restless legs, itching, difficulty staying asleep all night, slight loss of appetite and some nausea, increasing Ibs symptoms and heartburn and sore.tip of tongue. My docs are blaming anxiety though are now going to test me for B12 level Ive been vegetarian for 5 yrs and had a baby 3 years ago do you think there is anything else I should ask them, iron level was ok at 14 when checked a couple of months ago. Thanks

Your symptoms might be related to Cerebrovasular insufficiency, neck arthritis and vitamin B12 deficiency.
Cerebral insufficiency is caused by neck arthritis. Cerebral insufficiency causes dizziness, tinnitus and nausea.
Neck arthritis causes muscle pains, neck pain and rib pain.
While B12 deficiency causes restless legs and muscle pains.

To determine the diagnosis you need neck X-ray.

The treatment for this case is complex.
You should take painkillers such as Naproxen to prevent muscle pains and to treat arthritis.
Take Cinnarizine to treat Cerebrovascular insufficiency.

You should also consult your neurologist to discuss about the diagnosis and the treatment.
