What Causes Hearing Loss In The Right Ear?

My ears are plugged - the right more than the left. Feels like Im swimming and water is in the ears Seen an ENT - did a hearing test - shows i/ have hearing loss - the rt ear more than the left. Thinks it may be problems with the bones in the ear. Going back to see ENT in 4 weeks says the eardrums are clear.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
short answer- it could be a glue ear
Detailed answer-
sometimes due to infection in the nose the eustachian tube connecting the ears with the nose gets blocked and there will be collection of mucus or pus in the middle ear behind the drum which leads to deafness.
for future diagnosis i would need a tympanogram and pure tone audiometry.
Hope my answer hepled you feel free to ask if you have any futher queries.
