hi there i have this ear problem for 4 yrs or more now there is always fluid seeping out of my left ear i have cotton wool in it everyday as it smells horrible too i have no hearing at all in that ear constant ringing too my right ear is starting to give me problems now too im very worried

From history it seems that you might be having chronic otitis media i.e. infection in middle ear giving rise ear discharge, hearing loss and ringing in ear.
Consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
With antibiotic medicine treatment antibiotic ear drops you will be alright.
