What Causes Headaches,nausea,delayed Periods After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi, me and my boyfriend had sex the first time with a condom and then after he had finished we did it again unprotected. I thought I was pregnant because I had all the symptoms; neasuea, cramps, I was late 2 weeks, headaches, abnormal cravings, etc. Then today I would be 12 days into pregnancy and I heard implantation can cause light bleeding but I saw some bleeding starting light then getting heavy like a regular period and having cramps like I regular period. So did I have a miscarriage, was I never pregnant to begin with or could I possibly still be pregnant? By the way I have not taken a pregnancy test yet.

I understand your problem as well the concern.
Your symptoms like headache, excessive craving etc are not related to pregnancy. Only nausea and missed period are positive signs for pregnancy, but at last you got bleeding also . So in my opinion you were not pregnant at all. Just because of hormonal disbalance your period was late and you had all these problems but now you got your period, so no need to worry much. Still if you have any doubt you can get an usg abdomen done to confirm the pregnancy. Be careful from next time.
