What Causes Hardness In Testicles After A Inguinal Surgery Repair?

it has been about a year since i had an inguinal surgery repaired. the hernia was down in the scrotum and wrapped around the testical. all seems fine, but my testical is now hard and has not dropped all the way back into the scrotum. is this normal?

Hi. This is usually not normal.
There is a chance that the scar which develops after surgery had made the testis hard and pulled up.
If this is not causing any problem and if the other testis is normal , nothing to worry and nothing to do.
I hope you have no other symptoms.
