What Causes Hard Bump In Vaginal Wall?

I have a hard bump in my vagina wall It doesn t describe a wart and it doesn t describe a herpe ! I m so nervous ! The bump has no pain and it has no visual opening ! I m scared it could be a std but there are no common side effects that confirm that! I m thinking it could be a cyst or a ingrown hair but taking hot baths and hot cloth are doing nothing !!! What to do ! Oh did I mention I can t get to a dr untill after the hoilday I m out of town
