What Causes Hair Thinning?

I am female, 64 years, with thinning hair (severe) which has been diagnosed the result of receiving the herpes zoster vaccine. I did break out with a moderate case of shingles primarily on my face and scalp. My physician says that the hair will grow back but I may not notice because my hair is waist length. Is there anything that I can do to accelerate the regrowth? Thank you for your advice.

your concern is telogen effluvium
1. it's a stress related hair loss
2. it's a recoverable hair loss
3. you can try quilib women spray
apply 5 sprays randomly all over the scalp, gently massage .
4. have protein rich diet and avoid hard water for scalp wash
this will help you , dont worry
