i am a girl of 20,ilost my hairs 4 years back,but from considrable time ,i do not have any hairfall, but from 5 months i am losing my new growth which is of 2-10cm's in length

can u tell me can i regain my hairs,i am left wid one third hairs,i take healthy diet nd enogh sleep,

also is the hair follicles are all alive or some dead?

i do not have gained weight,but little pimples on my face,is this is a case of androgenetic alopecia
