What causes gas problem and bloating stomach?

I am a diabetic & heart patient. I have undergone a by pass surgery

5 years back & continuing with medicines, like Ecpsprin A V 75, Concor 2.5, also I am taking insuline 30 + 25 twice & one glycomet

for diabetic. But frequently I am having gas problem & bloating stomach

can I have a remedy. i am 57 years old male.

my height is 5.5' weight 92 kgs.
