Hi,I have a question about my kidney health. I ve been frequently urinating for about 4 years now since (2014). Started in 2013. It s become really bad in the last year and a half - 2 years. I ve noticed a serious decline in my health. Such as: - significant weight loss (25 pounds) - 138 lb to 112 lb-fatigue-brain fog-hair loss (temples (almost baldness, left side of my head has lost more hair overall than right side)-constant pain in my sides-muscle tightness in my side s and lower back-SEVERE chronic constipation (large stools, painful, hard)-feeling stressed AND anxious AND DEPRESSION-cold feet-tension in feet, abdomen, tightness, constant anxiety-shortness of breath, difficult inhaling-enlarged abdomen stomach area (expanded) I feel the need to deflate and hold my core tightly in to feel better-urine can be difficult to come by at times - I have a fear of drinking water I ve developed as it s difficult to do so when I m out and about or at home as I feel a strong need to urinate and can t hold it-fecal incontinence-constipation relief or normal vowel movements provides significant over relief in mood, breathing, pain relief
