What Causes Frequent Urination In The Night?

my 89 year old mother, has been having frequent urination but only at night. She suffers from high blood pressure, and she has been taking meds for almost 40 years. This past couple years we have been struggling to keep her pressure under control. Sometimes it is way low and other really high. Lately she has been dizzy and even claims her head feels like it is inflating, but if I check the blood pressure, it is not that bad, around 130 s/70 s. She is taking Losartan in the mornings and every other day she takes Adalat Oros (30mg), since the Losartan (50mg) doesn t seem to last her enough hours (usually her pressure raises at night).
