What Causes Frequent Urination And Urine Leakage During Coughing?
Hi I am 45 yrs old female. I hv problem of urine frequency It is @ 45 min. It observed when I have severe cough in last 6 moths at that time urine leakage is there. I have mild diabetic, physician opinion is that it not due diabetes. I have consulted to Gynecologist she has fixed ring pessary but problem is still there. Pl advise me.

You have a combination of stress ( on cough) and urge ( frequency and urgency) urine leak.
A physical examination by a urologist/uro-gynecologist is a must, to look for pelvic organ prolapse.
Urgency can be controlled by a course of anti-cholinergic medicines for a month or two.
If the stress leak is severe, then it has to be corrected during the surgery for pelvic organ prolapse.
