General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As all your blood workup and sugar level is also normal, so it may be due to asymptomatic urinary tract infection or prostatomegaly. Kindly do urine routine, culture sensitivity test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any possibilities after urologist consultation.

Drink lot of fluids. keep yourself hydrated. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
