What Causes Frequent Headache And Hot Flashes?

Hi. Im 18 years old and I am having hot flashes all the time. And I sweat all the time too. I also am having severe headaches thats been going on for a week now. And I take tylenol but the last 3 days it hasnt been helping. what could be causing all this?
