Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have fever, cough, cold, back pain and urinary infection an dhypothyroidism.

You should go for complete blood count and urine routine and microscopic examination. You may have upper respiratory tract infection with urinary tract infection. You need a course of antibiotics like levofloxacine or azithromycin. For cough antihistaminic drugs along with paracetamol should be taken.

For hypothyroidism synthroid can be taken. Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
