What Causes Frequent Chest Flutters And Twitching?

i had bad palps 6 weeks ago and chest flutters constantly, gp ruled out anxiety and perscribed beetablockas, palps stopped heart flutters continued. 48 hour heart monitor fitted nothing showed up but fluttering and twitching still comes and goes everyday in middle of chest .

Since your Holter monitoring (48 hour continuous monitoring of ecg) is normal, no need to worry for arrhythmia or heart related diseases.
Your symptoms are mostly due to uncontrolled anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need additional anxiolytic drug along with beta blocker. Counselling plays very important role in management anxiety.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
