My teen daughter has fatigue, flu like symptoms, slight depression, joint pain and general feels bad. she spent time in the Yukon last year and has not been the same since. she came back with lots of mosquito bites and tick bites. Could she have something because of this....

yes offcourse insect bie can leads to transfer of some kind of parasitic or viral illness .
flu like symptom may be due to some influenza like viral illness .
you need to undergone some investigation to make diagnosis :
Peripheral blood smear examination for parasite
2.Complete blood count .
presently you can give her paracetamol 500mg for fever and pain with water as and when nedded or 8 hrly after meal .
review me after investigation report .
