What Causes Floaters & Flashes Post A Retina Detachment?

i have retina detachment in both eyes and i ve seen alot of floaters and flashes. i have been going for examination for almost 10 years now but the floaters and flashes are still there. will it go away. will improper cleaning of the eyes after dilating affect eyes sight.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having flashes if light and floaters.
Flashes of light and floaters are seen in retinal degenerations and in retinal tears.
Hence this requires examination by indirect oohthalmoscopy to look for retinal lesions and treatment accordingly.
