General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are getting heartburn, pain (R) side, acid reflux, these symptoms are indicative of GERD, IBS, Liver problems, gallstones, pancreatitis, appendicitis, etc. However, night sweats commonly occur due to hormonal imbalances, hypoglycemia, stress and anxiety, neurological disorders, heart problems, dehydration, etc. You should take antacids, PPIs and pain relievers like acetaminophen, one SOS when required. You may need antibiotics.

Take plenty of water, juice and ORS to stay well rehydration. Take home made nutritious food so that your vitals are maintained. Get clinically examined by a GP, get CBC, stool culture, urinalysis, X-ray, CT, MRI, etc to detect the pathology causing you the symptoms so that the treatment can be started at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
