What Causes Fever Along With Diarrhea And Chronic Cough?

I haven ate in 4 days due to body freezing extremely bad. Hot and cold fevers. Diarrhea is very dark brown and all liquid besides this brown stringy stuff. My coughs hurt me like hell. Cant easily cough up fling. I was able to vomit on 3rd day but its brown stringy stuff in it. I still feel weird. But this 4th day im doing and feeling better than the rest. Whats wrong with me.. P.s. i still havent had ANY KIND OF FOOD. Dont want to risk going through wasting food and vomiting food out. It makes me feel even sicker. Please help

Dear what is your age??are you on any drugs??are you alcoholic??

it may be due to peptic ulcers, cirrhosis or anemia may cause dark brown stools. you Need upper GI scopy, may be colonoscopy. please consult your physician/gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
