What Causes Fever After Ureteral Stone Removal And DJ Stenting?

recovery post DJ stent and uretric stone removal, 37 years male 98 kgs..

I paased blood clots through my urine till 10 hours after discharge. Next day I was fine and in the evening came a surprise fever 104 F..its almost 4 days continuing anibiotic course and taking combiflam simoultaneously...till how long this will continue..also feel swelling in left testicle.
