What Causes Feeling Strong Pulse In My Lower Left Side Of My Abdomen?

good day doctor;

recently i have been having really bad moodswings and last night i felt this strong pulse in my lower left side of my abdomen. i have also experienced constipation a few times the last three months as well as very windiness in my stomach and have alot of gas. this is all new to me is it something to be concerned about
