Thank you for posting your query.

presentation of fatty liver .
further evaluation needed and drug history as well .

better to also rule out viral causes and also test LIPID profile,
further blood tests needed:
1. HBsAg (if NOT vaccinated against HBV) 2. anti HCV 3. anti HAV
4. Lipid profile

you should stricly AVOID alcohol until liver enzymes return to normal and intake should be minimum thereafter. better to avoid altogether.

after obtaining results of aforementioned tests, post here or visit treating physician.
meanwhile:
advice:
- also test your blood sugar level
- LOOSE weight
- abstinence from alcohol
- FAT FREE diet
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports), REST more.
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- udiliv maybe taken (consult hepatologist/ treating physician)
- despite diet and losing weight; if cholestrol remains high ; you maybe need medication to lower it (statin drug)

Repeat LIver function test and lipid profile after 6 to 8 weeks.
