What Causes Fatigue,night Sweats And Low WBC?

My CBC came back with low WBC and LOW RBC 10 Hemoglobin, MVP of 7T4 is a 13.9 TSH is .20 HBA1c is 6.1 I have had night sweats, extreme fatigue and little nodules on my neck and near collar bone with swollen glands and low grade fever of and on for about a month now. I am a 45 yr old woman. these are new symptoms. I am going again tomorrow for more blood for a virus panel and doing a blood smear test. The Wbc is 3.7 This all has me freaking out I am a single mom of a 12 yr old. I have my report in fromt of me and I realize you can tell me but ugh any thoughts???

The symptoms are of perimenopause and also due to less hemoglobin.
You need to take calcium supplements and iron supplements.
Having soya milk , soya nuggets will help by replacing estrogen in body and reducing your symptoms.
Eat green leafy vegetables, fruits, dates, jaggery which will provide iron and other micronutrients and drink milk to get calcium.
