What Causes Fatigue And Soreness In The Body?
I have had various blood tests carried out over the last 6 months,I was feeling really tired and sore,I used to run a lot and don t now because of the tiredness,I also think my memory is effected.my first test was just borderline and the one I had last week is still border line or slightly below,the doctor gas arranged another test for next week,is there anything I can do to ease the tiredness?

There can be a number of causes for tiredness but on the top of the list; would be anemia, hypothyroidism, and low body calcium and vitamin D deficiency.I suggest you to carry out complete blood count, thyroid profile ,blood calcium and vitamin D.
