What Causes Fatigue And Fever After Receiving A Flu Shot?

Received flu shot 12 days ago. 50 hours later, strong fatigue, super sensitive skin, fever over 101.4-102.6 for 48 hours. No congestion, phlegm, drips, etc. 3rd day, finally broke fever,3 times, then by Sunday was feeling pretty good. Did a little outdoor work, then got very dizzy and blacked out. Temp back up over 100 for 24 hours. Finally several good days, back to usual workload. Last night 8th day, temp back up over 101. Tonight back up to 102. I have HBP (Enaperel .1 daily). Also on thyroid replacement (no gland) .25. Am very sensitive to many drugs, but have been taking 1 exstrength Tylenol to keep temp down. Any ideas?
