What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sweating?

hi i am an 18 year old female college student..for the past week i have been sleeping about 9 hours a night but when i wake up i still dont feel rested. I tried drinking some coffee in the morning to wake up, but for the rest of the day I feel jumpy, sweaty, faint, shaky, and nervous. Ive stuggled with anxiety in the past but it s usually due to stress...My life isn t particularly stressful at the moment and I don t understand what s going on.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As such I don’t think you have any serious illness. It also happens due to stressful life. I recommend you some laboratory tests. Get it done and you can write report later on this portal.
Advice
1.     Investigations
a.     Serum TSH
b.     Serum T4
c.     Hemoglobin %
2.     Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week
3.     Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol
4.     Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee and caffeinated beverages
5.     Lose extra weight if you are overweight and keep your body mass index between 19 and 25. BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters)
6.     Reduce your metal stress
7.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
