What Causes Fatigue And Chills While Suffering From Premature Ventricular Contractions?
Had a stress test yesterday..at rest throwing pvc s eratically once bpm reached 140 rate leveled off to normsl rhytm..back at rest pvc s all over the chart...started metropolol 100mg. Fatigue,hands freezing and just an unwell feeling. Followup 11/28 but do i need to bring this to doctor attention now ??

i can understand your concern.
Yes, you need to inform your cardiologist regarding the premature ventricular complixes.
Few pvc's donot cause much of a concern, but since you are having symptoms of shock, this has to be managed.
betablockers like metoprolol that you have been taking are used for pvc.
If they do not suppress the pvcs, a radio frequency catheter ablation may be required.
Get a holter monitring done to check for the frquency of pvcs.
Quit smoking if you are a smoker and reduce alcohol and caffeine intake.
