Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Keeping in view your job and symptoms. I'm of the following opinion:

i. Most headaches in general practice are ordinary tension headaches and need just an analgesic and maybe a tranquilizer, but as a routine, I usually test the following signs:

- Check blood pressure.
- Check sinus tenderness over maxillary and frontal sinuses, [flu like symptoms present], and look for any focus of infection in teeth, tonsils & ears.
- Check with eyesight [since working as an accountant, sometimes overfatigue of eyes can cause the same]

If there is any neurological sign as a weakness of cranial nerves or limbs, then consultation with a Neurologist & C.T. scan might be necessary.

ii. You may contact your Primary doctor to examine and Investigate thoroughly to look for common causes like:
- Hb% for anemia.
- Blood sugar - fasting & PP for diabetes.
- X-ray chest.
- Serum T3, T4, & TSH

iii. Management will depend upon the cause of the symptoms, until then:

- Regular exercise and walk in the fresh air
- Regularize working hours.
- Regularize sleep for 7-8 hours.
- Injection Neurobion 2 cc IM [aletrnate days] X 5-10 injections.
- Capsule B complex: 1 daily.
- Syrup Ashonil [general tonic]: 2 tablespoons twice daily

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
