Hi, I had a sliding genioplasty 2 months ago and there is fat on my neck area and my chin looks HUGE! I am 20 years old, 115 pounds and 5'4 so I normally people my height and weight don't have double chins. I did not have a double chin before the surgery. So I am wondering if this is still swelling? Also I had a follow up with my surgeon and he told me all my swelling was gone which I can't believe because of my double chin and neck fat. He didn't really examine me, he just looked at my face and not even feel for any swelling. My chin and neck area feel soft to the touch. Please help me out!
