Sometimes out of nowhere my heart beats really fast and I usually end of puking. I dont think anxiety because honestly I dont have much to worry about. It may be suger because I had docters check this out and one said my blood was high and another said it was normal(then again I think it doesnt have any idea what he is talking about). I also have had deppression, if that has anthing to do with it. Whats the problem, doc?

Hi,
Increase in heart rate has a lot of causes.
It can be because of anxiety, stress. If you feel your heart rate increases without both these conditions than it is important to get a ECG done at the time of increased heart rate.
If the duration of episode is very less & reaching hospital in that time is not possible we put a 24 hr ECG recording (Holter monitoring).
So take care & be healthy.
Thanks
