What Causes Face And Leg Lumps With Runny Nose And Coughing?
I have an almost 2 year old that has red bumps on her face and now I m noticing some on her leg, her other symptoms are runny nose and coughing. Her coughs sound very congested. I m starting to notice a few red marks on her almost 3 year old brother s face. He also has a runny nose and very mucusy coughing. What could this be?

Hello,
It could be a simple upper respiratory tract infection. Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. A short course of antibiotics may be started empirically. Saline nasal drops can be tried for symptomatic relief.
