Hi, my husband has been experiencing extreme fatigue for the last couple of weeks. This has progressed to almost narcoleptic falling asleep. He appears to be someone on a bunch of sedatives, but he takes none. He does have stress at work but I've never seen him behave this way. Movements are slow and deliberate, and so is his speech. His last check up was normal, but that was just bloodwork. He eats a lot of sugar but that has been his habit for many years. Help - he can't stay awake to hold a conversation with me!
