What Causes Persistent Fatigue?
can this medicine have a side effect that causes extreme fatigue. Not tired, as from physical work, but fall asleep every afternoon. I do sleep well with a CPAP machine and this symptom is new in last few months. Began this RX in late December. YYYY@YYYY

You forgot to mention the name of the drug. Anyway , improper cpap in technique or pressure may be the cause of fatigue . So please consult your sleep therapist.
