Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here..hi i am a 35 year old female always feeling exhausted and sometimes breathless and have hot sweats also feeling the need to sit down or lay down alot in between small jobs i have also had alot of neck pain i am going for a mri scan in a few weeks thanks.

Hi, thanks for contacting us. The symptoms you describe might arise from a number of causes, one of them might be a hormonal disturbance, typically high level of thyroid hormone in the blood. The thyroid gland is located in the anterior neck, and may sometimes cause pain in the neck, in addition to the symptoms your describe. I would recommend getting a blood test done for thyroid hormone level.
