What Causes Excessive Sweating And Fatigue?

For the past few days I have had periods of excessive sweating and fatigue. I am a diabetic, but all tests are within the normal range. I test once a day. In reviewing online information, there are many different things that can cause this. Could you give me some insight?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
There are many causes of excessive sweating and fatigue in diabetic patients such as hypoglycemia, anemia, obesity and side effects of medicines etc. Low blood sugar causes excessive sweating & fatigue. You have not mentioned your blood sugar level.
Advice
1.     Contact your endocrinologist for dose and medicine adjustment as per blood sugar level
2.     Do not take much mental stress as any kind of mental stress also causes excessive sweating
3.     Adopt hygienic practices as wet surface predispose to bacterial and fungal infection
4.     You can use ketoconazole dusting powder to prevent fungal infection
5.     Avoid strenuous activity, alcohol and smoking
6.     Lose weight if you are overweight
7.     Check your blood pressure regularly
8.     Adopt proper hygienic practices such as bathing and cleaning with good quality soap. Take baths two times daily
9.     Investigations – blood sugar (F & PP), Hb%, serum creatinine, lipid profile
Thanks
