What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Hello,I have been masturbating for the past 9 years.now I am 25.i had sex for the first time 2 weeks before. During sex my penis went numb and I could not have hard erections for penetration. I could not ejaculate either. Now after 2 weeks the numbness still persists.i had consulted the general physician and he has prescribed tryptomer and a mineral tablet. I am not sure what I should do.is this a serious problem. Should I consult an urologist?

Doing it regularly is not known to have any adverse effect on health such as hormonal imbalance, causing weakness, decreasing sexual ability or performance and affecting fertility.
What you are suffering from is more of psychological problem than physical illness.
Most men happen to fail during first few times while having intercourse due to apprehension and lack of confidence.
Kindly practice 'pause and squeeze' technique as part of behavioral therapy regularly.
Consume diet containing milk, almonds, dates, figs, honey and papaya, which would help to improve blood supply to penis and sustain proper erection.
Practice meditation regularly to keep your mind calm and healthy.
You can take Tablet.Tadalafil to sustain erection when necessary and apply local anesthetic cream to decrease sensitivity.
Gradually, you should be able to sustain erection for a longer duration and improve in your performance.
