General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
i have gone through your concerns

if i were your treating physician i would have done a fine needle aspiration cytology of thyroid nodules to ascertain which type oaf nodule is it . it it beningn or malignant.excision biopsy can also be done.
i would also have done your blood tests such as serum thyroid stimulating hormone which is secreted from pituitary gland,serumtriiodothyronin(t3)ant thyroxin(t4) which are screted from thyroid,in order to look whether you have hypothyroidism, euthyroidism or hyperthyroidism.yor symptoms are suggestive of hypothyroidism.
i would have done these tests after physical exam.

your thyroid may need surgery in case of malignant nodule.
for hypothyroidism i would have suggested thyroxine 100 microgram.

for your joint pains i would have suggested nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as aceclofenac 100 mg.

for gall bladder u may need its surgical removal in future.till then i would advice to avoid fatty food and tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 250 mg as atrial for medical resolution of stones.

thanks.
hope the answer is helpful
