Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have elevated sgpt level but it is not raised two folds, hence no need to worry much. Your work up done is as follows:

- rule out Celiac disease history, drug history
- alcohol history
- Cardiac failure history
- USG abdomen
- CMV like viral infection history

Temporary viral infection also can lead elevated liver enzymes USG scan might reveal fatty liver for which life style modification and exercise done with less fried food and more fruits.... Udiliv also prescribed for that If suspected than hbsag and Anti HCV viral marker detection can be done Your bilirubin and uric acid here not elevated to clinically significant level Take care Consult physician for examination and accordingly work up and clinical correlation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
