What Causes Elevated Platelet Count?

My daughter 31, Has High Platelet counts-441 H, now which increased to this over the last 4 years. Hypothyroidisn runis in our family she is in the higher of the rage 2.4 TSH, she is lethargic, hair loss, irritability low libido and stress. Please help. I love her

I can understand your worry regarding your daughter

But sir if you upload reports done then I can comment further

As TSH 2.4 is within range, hence report needed to evaluate your condition

For hypothyroidism confirmation Serum TSH, serum free T4 estimation done

High platelet can be from reactive thrombocytosis secondary to anemia, blood loss, infections, post surgery etc... If remain persistent high then further work up needed...
