What Causes Elevated Heart Rate And Shortness Of Breath?

Hey I did meth today and my heart rate won t slow down ..everytime I get up to do something even if its just walking to the restroom my heart start going crazy with a lil to no pain shortness of breath ...every now and then I get some i get dizzie or somtype of buzz in my brain that s lasts about 6 seconds

Here I want you to suggest to rule out following two condition first...
-Severe anemia or
-Cardiac causes like heart failure

For that work up done with....
-Auscultation
-EKG
-HB estimation and peripheral smear examination

According to cause further specific treatment can be guided

Ex. For heart failure diuretic needed

If no above cause present chest x ray and spirometry done for rule out respiratory causes

Take care

Avoid stress if taking it

Pulmonologoist consultation advisable for examination
