What Causes Elevated TSH Levels?

Sir , in 2016 I did first blood test for thyroid results were f3 normal but f4 was 2.97 and TSH 9.. since I didn t gain weight , doctor got confused and didn t ask me to take any tablets but now in 2018 ,2 yrs no weight gain , now I took yesterday I took thyroid test , now ,total t3 normal ,total t4 was 2.6 and TSH was 147.70 , got so shocked , just am 53kg , earlier 50kg ,no weight gain, having symptoms linking to hyperthyroid( anxiety,fast heart beat ) but blood test showing hypothyroid, I cant take medicines for my entire lifetime, I want to cure my hypothyroid naturally.. kindly suggest some exercises and foods to reduce my TSH and increase total t4 ! I want to know how could TSH 9 become 147.70 ? Pls reply..

The most common pathology that causes hypothyroidism is Hashimoto thyroiditis, a chronic progressive disease. You should be aware that levothyroxine tablets should be taken life long and there is no other treatment. If you do not take tablets regularly the disease may be even life threatening. There are no foods or exercises to substitute the treatment.
