Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your esr is very high. There are many causes of high esr. Tuberculosis, anemia, autoimmune disease, paraprotienemia, malignancies all can lead to high esr. You should go for investigation to search the cause. You should go for x ray chest, ultrasound abdomen, complete kidney function test, liver function test to search the cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
