What Causes Early Menstruation With Prolonged Bleeding And Pain?

Hello Dr i had a problem in my periods of this months, its come before 15 days of my regular period date with non stop bleeding and lot of pain.i am scared and feel very weak.I want to know the reason of it, pls tell the reason and suggest me how its not repeat on next months. From Bharti Khurana

Understand your concern
Following are the causes of unusual bleeding in your case:
1. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to hormone imbalance
2. Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroid
3. Cervical polyp and dysplasia
4. Endometrium dysplasia and cancer
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the following tests done:
Reproductive hormone analysis. USG scan, PAP smear, Endometrial biopsym HB pecentage.
Doctor give you following advice and medicine:
Progesterone preparation like primolut N, provera.
Tranexamic acid to reduce the blood. Meftal spas to reduce pain
If medicine will not help then D & C should be done to stop the bleeding.
Endometrial dysplasia/cancer management depend on the severity and stage of disease, Endometrial ablation should be done in severe case.
Take healthy diet and iron supplements or blood transfusion if needed.
Proper rest, maintain pelvic hygiene to prevent the vaginal infection.
