What Causes Dull Persistent Pain In The Abdomen?
I have a dull pain in my lower stomach that involves my navel. I feel like my colon is not being empted. My stoolis are brown and often soft that sinks to the bottom of the toilet I oftenhave trouble pass both stool and gas. After , useage I wipe and shower when possible. But stool is often still there when I check. I had both lower and upper GI last year.

I personally feel you are either having motility problem or indigestion problem . I advise you to eat more fruits and vegetables and less of meat. Drink plenty of fluids.
Start doing some aerobic exercise at least 15 minutes a day. See for a week if still problems persists ask your doctor for digestive syrup and pro kinetic medication.
