What Causes Dryness In Foreskin After Sex?
I have noticed on several occasions now that a day or 2 after having sex with my girlfriend that my foreskin is very dry red and on occasion tears a little. What could this be caused by? I am 20 years old and am 6ft and weigh about 82kgs with no serious medical history.

As an Urologist, I can understand your anxiety. Dry skin is often a bothersome symptom after intercourse. Most people are relieved with application of a moisturizing cream or gels. Maintain good penile hygiene and try to avoid vigorous sex. It occurs in most people with dry skin or after rough sex. Avoid itching over the penile skin. Wish you well.
