Hi welcome to the health care magic

The cause for your dizziness should be evaluated through detail clinical history, physical examination and Otoscopy ear examination

Dizziness could be from anemia, positional vertigo, ear affection like Labyrinthitis, blood pressure fluctuation, hypoglycemia, beriberi like vitamin deficiency, viral flu etc.....

Your HB estimation, RBS estimation, blood pressure measurement, CBC etc like investigation done according to examination and cause suspected

For your problem beta histine might prescribed

According to cause specific treatment given

Meanwhile avoid quick position change, avoid stress and smoking and if needed physiotherapy exercise will be beneficial

If no specific cause found than MRI needs to be done as final work up along with neurological examination

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician for examination with keeping all these in mind

Take care
