Hi,

First of all, you should do some investigations such as measuring blood pressure. If it were high, you should take medical treatment, reduce salt and fat intake and do an ECG and an Echo on your heart. Second, the hormonal therapy for contraception or replacement therapy can cause headache, so if you took it you could ask a gynecologist for help. If you did not have hypertension or take a hormonal therapy, you could take a pain killer for migraine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
