What Causes Dizziness And Lower Back Pain While On Ceftin For Sinus Infection?

I m on day 9 nine of ceftin for a sinus infection. This was after completing amoxicillin 875 for a week. I feel drowsy and notice decreased urine output and low back pain. I hope to finish this tomorrow so can I assume these are just side effects that will resolve?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dizziness, lower back pain decreased urine out put are not due to amoxycillin. All these are due to sinusitis. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice to have an xray of paranasal sinuses. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice cap augmantum 625 twice a day, tab levoflox 500 once a day, otrivin nasal drops to be instilled in each nostril three times a day, tab wikoryl three times a day, Steam inhalation three times a day.
